Nutrition Counseling: As a nutritionist, I’m here to help my clients make the connection between what they eat and how they feel. Whether they want to rev up their metabolism or increase their energy and well-being, I assist them in clarifying objectives, identifying priorities, and creating an action plan to accomplish their personal health goals.
Speaking Events and Seminars: I absolutely love speaking at conferences, retreats, luncheons, and small group events. I typically keep it casual, conversational, and as interactive as possible.
